HOW TO ORDER

We want to get to know you before placing any wholesale orders! Please fill out this business and retailer application prior to placing an order.

Please place your orders by filling out this form or by emailing wholesale@thecozieshop.com with the following details:

  • Business/Retailer Name
  • Candle scents and accompanying quantities
  • Shipping Address
  • Email to be invoiced

MINIMUMS

Our opening order minimum is 24 candles and a case minimum of 4 pieces per design. 
Our reorder minimum is 12 candles and a case minimum of 4 pieces per design. 
 

PAYMENT, PROCESSING TIMES, SHIPPING

Payment is due prior to shipping.
Wholesale processing times are determined after order is placed. We will send you an invoice for your wholesale order 1-2 business days of receipt. Invoice will include order total, shipping and handling cost, and estimated processing time.
Orders are shipped from San Francisco, CA 1-2 business days after payment is made. We ship all orders with tracking using USPS or UPS. If you have a preference, please make the request at time of order placement.
