Please read our store policies carefully before placing your order. 

PAYMENT:

No orders will fulfilled or shipped without payment. Your order is not complete until payment is received and approved.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Orders ship from San Francisco, CA within 3-5 business days (excluding made-to-print clothing items, see separate policy below). You will receive an email including your tracking number when your order has shipped. 

We primarily ship using USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days), USPS First Class (3-7 business days), or UPS Ground (3-7 business days). 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Most International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International and the price is calculated based on destination.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

ADDRESS CHANGE:

If you need to change the address on your order let us know right away, and we'll do whatever we can! Unfortunately, we're unable to make any changes once an order has shipped. Email hello@thecozieshop.com and please reference your order number as well as the desired shipping address.

We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. 

MADE-TO-PRINT CLOTHING ITEMS:

All made-to-print clothing items, including sweatshirts, are made to order and will ship after they have been made. Please reference the product description for turn around time and order processing time. Most made-to-print items take 2 weeks to make before shipping. Due to the nature of the printing and embroidering process, we do NOT accept returns on these items. Please reach out if you have any questions on sizing before ordering! 

REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES:

We want you to be happy with what you purchased from The Cozie Shop, so please contact us at hello@thecozieshop.com if you have any issues with your order and we will work our hardest to solve the problem. All returns require approval within 30 days of the delivery date. Unauthorized returns will be refused. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

We do NOT accept returns on custom items or made-to-print itemsPlease reach out if you have any questions before ordering any of these items! 

Due to the nature of our downloadable items, no refund or cancellation can be issued.

    LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

    If your item was damaged in transit, a replacement request must occur within 3 days of delivery and must be accompanied with clear photo evidence of the damaged item (as well as the packaging, if possible). Once this documentation is received and if it is approved, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible (US Only). 

    For damaged international orders, we are happy to cover the replacement cost of the item that was damaged, but the customer will be responsible for the replacement shipping cost. 

    For lost or stolen packages, the customer is responsible for contacting and filing a claim with USPS. Once the item has been passed to USPS or UPS, The Cozie Shop is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items.

    The Cozie Shop is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling.
